Hi!

I'm an old COOP and HL fan. I think it would be very nice to create an independent COOP mod for Half-Life Source, with the original weapons and monsters...etc.

The firslt HL was released 10 years ago, and under this 10 years there was only 1(!) useable Cooperative mod. This mod is called: *what mod huh where* (Synergy's concurrency:), but it's not 100% yet. Very good mod, but the feeling is not the best on the HL1 maps with HL2 weapons. I know that, there is a lot of HL1 weapon model...etc for the HL2, but together... ...isn't the best choice.

The Sven-coop is sh*t. (this is my opinion)

Sven coop is awesome, but I think it would be a great idea to add hl:s to synergy in a future release, that is after the team releases additional player models/guns/npcs. Maybe even do a deal with black mesa source and use that instead of hl:s

It's OK, that everybody is waiting for the Black Mesa Source, but the original game will not be playable on Coop. I hope it will be released on some day...

Why do you think that? I think they very closely replicated the HL1 storyline to the best of their abilities and was great fun to play.

Black Mesa wont be released for like 2 years anyway. I'd rather have HLS support in Synergy.

I have the alpha version of bms, its probably about 60% of the way there from what I can see.

I think it'd be really fun to play Quake 1 coop in Source. That game's coop still rocks after all these years.

Well over a year ago I apllied for a job to help design the levels... I got rejected cool.gif but they mentioned to me that they were actually on the Xen levels... but thats only levels... If you read theyre DEVblog theyre working on other cool things like adding cochroaches and stuff... but you cant blame them... gonna be a real cool remake
