Well, after downloading Synergy, and trying to join a server my friend is on, I ALWAYS get the Invalid SteamID Ticket error. Please help me, I payed $10 for this and I hope it wasn't a waste...

P.S. I meant i spent $10 on Hl2
EDIT: P.P.S. I can't even join my server

Look at your Steam folder example C:\Program Files\Steam\ delete "config" folder

It helped me, it is good if you exit Steam after you remove it and then start Steam again.

O.o that doesn't sound good... ill just rename the folder
EDIT: Ok, I'm NEVER doing that AGAIN. It almost fucked up my steam...
EDIT2: Ok, fixed mah problem by deleting my cache.
