The short answer is yes due to there being no custom dlls, only modified content. However you need to mount this as a sourcemod (instead of replacing hl2 content) and there is no guarantee the EDT's will natively support this since the entdata files are modified and may have some different references. From what I can tell, with the exception of BMN's the current EDT's should work fine.
