Yes that.

Also, no the server is a windows server. Is it possible to join a server on the old version, while having the new version on the client? Maybe the server didn't update properly.

ever played l4d, correct me if i'm wrong, but i think there's a 4 player limit...

i think that's perfect, even for synergy on the hl2 campaign.

yeah some custom maps allow for more players, but that's because those maps were old and didn't know about what's going on now.

i think synergy should put in place a stable set of rules for gameplay so that new maps that are made follow those rules, and people start getting the point of the game instaid of spamming the forums complaining that old gameplay (free for all, definatly not CO-OP) was better, thats not the point of this mod.

Problem resolved. Server hadn't updated properly.

Anyone having problems with the ammo crates should run the -verify_all command on their server. Note that if you have any custom edits for official maps, they will be replaced so make sure to back them up first.

Thanks. Just wondering, you've included part1 of the canal_escape edts, but not part2 and 3?

They were the most important in my mind since there is no info_player_equip in either of those maps.

When I merged them into SVN, SVN didn't pick up any changes with them, so I don't know.

EDIT: They've been added to the repo now. So they'll be available in the next update.

HAY!

Build in some server side console variables, especially for the player limit. It doesn't hurt anyone but the server owner if he/she decides to set a 20 man player limit, which Xerocore used to do and I miss. =(

Having options is always prefered to having rules.
